Petrzalske dvory is a project of ultra-low energy apartment buildings in Petrzalka, Bratislava.

In 2013 we have designed and authored one of the first low-energy apartment houses with recuperation ventilation in Bratislava. We were able to bring passive house technologies into the project which resulted in increased comfort by recuperating air and monthly savings of over 70% compared to classic apartments in the city. The building is rated energy class A0.

The project consists of three phases, the first one has been finished in 2014 and other two are in construction as of 2016. Click here to see more information about the project.
